“Excellent stopover in pretty Hervás”
The best

We booked last minute the suite which was very spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. The room was very cool despite the very hot outside temperatures. There was no need to run the airconditioning. Great location with parking right in front of the hotel.

The best

The property is in the lovely small town of Hervas surrounded by mountains. The accommodation itself is an old family home with a beautiful garden. We stayed in the garden cottage which is a self catering unit. It was quirky and comfortable and the ability to use the garden was a bonus. Amos, the owner’s son and manager was a great help and informed us of things to do and see. Breakfast is optional, but as we were self catering not required by us. Overall a great location, fascinating and beautiful surroundings. We would love to come back.

“This was one of the most beautful and hospitable places we have ever stayed - gorgeous garden, lovely old house and comf”
The best

The house and garden are beautiful as is the town! The views from the lovely first floor terrace over the garden and out to the hills were magical. This is a family home now converted to rooms with bathrooms and is a family-run business. There is obvious attention to small details - and we enjoyed meeting Amos, who grew up in the house and gave us a tour of the house and garden, and manages it with his parents, as well as his father and Pascal who works there. A really special place! We were sorry we could not stay more than one night. And the Via Verde above the town is stunning to bike and walk.

The best

I loved the mix of antiques and modern. The mattress needs updating. Breakfast was excellent however It would be good to have some eggs. The garden is spectacular. a beautiful place in a beautiful town

The property and garden were beautiful, the rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable and it was amazingly peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and one of the best we’ve had thus far.
