El loft de Berta - VUT 6221 AS

Location was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable and modern. Well equipped. Excellent electric bed. Despite being on a city centre street quiet at night, as long as window closed. Multi-storey car park steps away.

We loved having this apartment as our home base while exploring Asturias. It was furnished beautifully, spacious, with lovely natural light, quiet, well-equipped kitchen, and very comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. It was close to all the sights we wanted to see in Oviedo and we used a parking garage a block away for about 11 euros/day and were able to come and go to explore the coast and other areas in Asturias. It was nice having 2 sets of keys so we could leave the apartment separately. Also nice to have an elevator to the 4th floor. Berta and her husband were very helpful and flexible about check-in time.

One of my favourite stays! Really loved the apartment’s vibe! It was so cozy, right in the heart of Oviedo and had a very nice sunset view! Everything was spotless clean and had all the amenities one can ask. The owners were very kind and helpful!

Exceptional host. Very kind and helpful. Lots of information about restaurants and bars forwarded to us by text. Superb apartment and pictures are exactly as the apartment is. Everything was top notch. Less than ten minutes walk to the centre and everything was within walking distance. Could not find anything we didn’t like like. Hope to stay there in the future. Really good value for the cost. Would not hesitate to recommend the host or the apartment! Bus to airport less than ten minutes walk away and takes about 35 minutes.
