“Very near to the beach but not high quality apartment”
The best

Sergei is a nice guy and very friendly. Nice building, located at a quiet location in a busy city. The pool was nice. Parking lot under the building so you don't have to worry where to park. Close to a nice beach. Small local supermarket around the corner.

To be improved

The apartment doesn't have airco, leading to the minimum temperature being 31 Centigrade in the apartment. Wifi has a very poor quality connection in the apartment. Better connection at the pool. Beds are way too short for us being 182 - 194 cm. State of maintenance is average and equipment is poor quality: fridge will not get cold even on maximum, no water cooker, coffee maker is old drip type where you have to get the filters for, the hangers for the towels are loose, the washing machine was smelling, stove has on 2 real heating points, the satellite television can only receive French channels, the ventilators are dirty and old. We bought one ourselves because one is really noisy. The neighbours are really looking into your balcony and continuously smoking.
