The best

The attic is nicely organised and furnished. The terrace and living room are sunny and pleasant during winter. There is a washing machine.

To be improved

Value/money ratio is not the best. Entrance and stairs were somewhat dirty, and the appartment was a bit dusty, it seemed like the place was empty for the winter and not cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom sink was clogged, we got only half a role of toilet paper for 9 days, there were several empty bottles of soap and no soap left, etc. The smell from the drains is indeed unpleasant at time, altough not so problematic during winter. The plates and cups were not really clean, so we needed to wash them before use. The light on the stairs (which are indeed a bit steep, but not a problem for healthy persons) didn't work, so we used our phone lights if we came home late. Overall, if it would be cheaper I would give it higher grade, but given the high price, I expected more.
