El Médano, apartamento céntrico y cerca del mar

It is very nicely located near the beach, a supermarket and restaurants. Everything was clean with enough towels and the kitchen + balcony is amazing! The hosts are super lovely, kind and always reachable.

The apartment is in a great location close to the beach but far enough to escape daily tourists' movements and noise from bars and cafes. It is clean and contains deployable AC unit but it is barely necessary as the architectural design of the apartment block is designed for optimal ventilation. As a bonus it is the proximity to very knowledgeable wine bar with staff that can connect with local wine tour guide and tell a story of local wine making, know their ground and waters.

Very nice apartment ,clean and perfect location.Superb with family. Nice sideview from the balcony,left side was mountainview-and rightside was oceanview. Everything was near, closest beach was only 200 meters away,same as closest market.Our host Nestor was helpful-and communication was great.

Quiet residential block on a pedestrianised street so no outside noise especially as its on 4th floor (with a lift). Contemporary spacious apartment with all facilities you might need. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with toiletries and a good hair dryer. Both bedrooms are spacious with cupboard space and windows onto an inner courtyard to allow ventilation. The balcony is enclosed but with large windows that can be opened. As it is in the shade and El Medano can be windy, it being enclosed was a good thing. I would be very happy to return to this apartment. 1 minute walk to a lovely cafe for breakfast/lunch/cakes and also to a supermarket for provisions. 3 minute walk to the promenade, bus stop, central square and beach.
