Very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Nice sea view from terrace. Short walking distance to El Medano beaches and restaurants. Nearby supermarket. Indoor parking is very convenient. Friendly check-in, and easy check-out.

To be improved

Location is quiet, little traffic in front of La Perla overall, but garbage collection in front of the bedroom window at 4 a.m.

The pool Area was a let down. I booked this apartment over another that was closer to the square closer to night life on the understanding there was a pool. Unfortunately it was not really useable as there were no sun loungers

Super comfy apartment with a nice balcony and a great pool - especially for kids. Clean and very well equipped. Comfy beds, not too hot or too cold. And an absolutely fantastic host!

“Great stay overall”

Apartment was very clean, had all the necessary appliances. Check-in was easy with host meeting us near the property to hand over keys. View from the balcony/terrace is direct ocean one, plus had a wind shield if it became too windy. Great WiFi speed, signal was stable, except the furthest bedroom were it was slower, but still usable. There was barely any people using the outdoor pool, most of the time could have it all to ourselves.
