The best

We stayed in a lovely, clean cabin for a week. The facilities are super, the pool was lovely and we ate in the restaurant twice. The food was fantastic and excellent value for money. The staff were kind and friendly.

“A rustic retreat”
The best

The location is spectacular. Beautiful countryside and a multitude of lovely places to walk. The cottage had everything we needed with a supply of logs for the fire, and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The cottage was easy to access and the hosts were helpful and kept in touch by WhatsApp and were nearby if we needed them. A wonderful place to escape to 😊

The best

Very good useful communication from our host regarding directions and shopping and nearby hikes. A very private, quiet location in which to relax. Spacious accommodation, very clean and well equipped and a lovely big bed. A very tasty takeaway dinner from the restaurant.

To be improved

We found the seating a bit uncomfortable.

“Peaceful and lovely, living almost among the mountains”
The best

Tranquil (in off-season) getaway, with excellent access to walks (from the cabin, or from a short drive away) and the Sierra. Lovely views within just fifteen minutes walk. The little house was super-cute as well, and we thoroughly enjoyed the huge open fire in the evenings.

To be improved

I just wish it was a little cheaper, so we could stay for longer! It'd be great to see discounts offered for longer stays, especially when it isn't busy - I could easily spend a week there next time if it was more affordable. Also worth noting that you will need a car in these areas, and you will need to be prepared to drive for twenty minutes to get to the nearest food shop (we were not expecting the restaurant to be closed, but if you show up in February you should be prepared for that).

lovely outlook and peaceful. some good walks nearby . good to have as a base . We went to Cartegena and the Ricotta valley and El Berro .
