Was appalled arrived at 2am to a room with blood stains on the pillow, and hair all over the bed and pillows from the previous person who had the room. Toilet facilities were disgusting and not used during the stay would strongly recommend to people never to stay here

Staff let us drop off our bags before check in time. Location is good. Shower room is tight but there is great water pressure and just a bit run down.

To be improved

The apartment is not as pictured on booking.com. It done us for the night but I wouldn't stay longer. There were broken presses in the kitchen.

The location was great.

Everything but the location. When we arrived it was dirty, bed sheets hadn't been changed, dirty towels on the floor. We called the property owner 5 times, when they finally answered they apologised and told us they'd send the cleaner which we had to wait for them to arrive which was another hour. By the time the cleaner arrived and finished, it had been 3.5 hours since we first got to the property which had wasted half of our day that we could have been out exploring. At 1am on our second night, the owners were outside the building making a lot of noise, they then called my personal phone twice to ask to be let into the building as they couldn't access it, this is completely unprofessional that you as the property management can't access the property and have to call a guest at 1am. Facilities on top of this were also terrible. Safe to say I won't be rebooking or recommending!
