The introduction to the flat was too rushed resulting in us getting locked out of first the apartment and then one of the bathrooms. The agent sorted both problems out but it would be better to explain a bit better in the beginning.

The flat is comfortable and spacious. The lady who met us with the keys was very helpful and on the last day especially so as we left a tablet by mistake and she called immediately enabling us to collect it. The terrace is superb. The complex and location are perfect. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday.

To be improved

Broken toilet seat in shower room, light fitting in main bedroom looked as if it might fall from ceiling but we were told it was safe. It was a shame that there were various damages which we reported on arrival. Noise from lifts in the main bedroom. Only the bare minimum on arrival (one toilet roll in each bathroom) no hand-wash or soap, no bin liners and only a tiny bit of washing up liquid.
