This place has false advertising, you can not access the pool as it's behind a locked gate (which we weren't provided keys for) when asking the host to help, they read our messages and ignored us. Communication has been bad, when trying to check out, no one is contactable to confirm what to do with the keys. We had more messages read and ignored when asking about what to do for check out. At 3pm (3 hours after checkout time) another number was calling my phone asking to provide the keys, but we had already left. Toilet seat was broken upon arrival.
