The place was dirty. Black hair, dust balls and sand behind doors and under the beds in all rooms. Most beds were emergency, foldable beds but not full comfort beds one would expect - very cheap. Kitchen equipment was randomly assorted and also cheap. No response and missing action after our complaint regarding the bad cleaniness. The landlord entered our apartment without our permission or coordination and did not react to our questions. Do not recommend to keep the apartment in your bookkng.com offering.

“Great location difficult to get in.”

The best

The location is excellent. A stone’s throw from the old port a short walk to the train station and the town centre. The view from the balcony was great. The flat was clean and had plenty of towels and shampoo.

To be improved

The electronic keys app was fiddly. Although there were keys supplied for the door to the building and the lift you still had to use the app for the flat door. This required a phone with battery and signal which at the end of a long day might be troublesome. You could transfer the key to another device but only by using the original phone. On our final night the keys expired which given that all our passports tickets etc for an early flight were in the flat was potentially a bit of a problem. It took several messages and unanswered calls to resolve the matter in about 25 mins. The kitchen had not enough pots in it. It was fairly unusual in that there was no oil coffee tea not a lot of cleaning products. One dish towel one sachet of detergent and one cleaning pad. It only had some salt.
