“Beautiful and spacious apartment in perfect location.”

Beautifully equipped and the apartment was even bigger than it looks in the pictures! The bathroom was stunning and kitchen well equipped. We parked at the Telpark Santa Eulalia which was affordable and made arriving easy. Location is perfect for exploring the old town.

To be improved

Washing machine was handy, a drying rack for clothes would be helpful but wasn’t available. The apartment is huge but the bed in our room while comfortable was a very narrow double.

Gorgeous apartment. Location is central to everything in the old town.

While the location is central, it is right on the square and is unbelievably loud, with a steady stream of revelers shouting and singing until 4 in the morning or later, and then truck deliveries for cafes on the square beginning as early as 7:30.

“Beautiful spacious, well-appointed flat - at a great price for such a perfect location.”

Great location on Plaza Mayor - our room in fact overlooked the Plaza del Poeta Iglesias, which suited us perfectly because, on the 4th floor (there is a lift), we had great views over the city to the mountains. We also had a great view of a pair of storks feeding their young in a nest on the opposite building! The main room was light and airy, with exposed beams on the ceiling and tasteful decor. The sound-proofing was excellent and the bed very comfortable, so we slept very well. The bathroom was also very spacious with an excellent, walk-in shower. The fridge was stocked with milk and there were some coffee capsules for the Nespresso-style machine. All-in-all, it felt very luxurious but for a reasonable price. Our check-in was officially at 4pm but the company very kindly let us pick up our keys an hour earlier, from a nearby 'microtel' (10 mins walk) whose desk-manager took our passport details and payment for our apartment.

To be improved

The multiple emails in the days before arrival made check-in sound much more complicated than it really was. I also got a text with a link to make a payment, but assumed it was a scam, unrelated to the apartment booking, and ignored it. If you get one too, do the same - pre-payment was unnecessary and not mentioned when we checked in. I noticed a couple of poor reviews on booking.com, but I don't understand what went wrong there - our experience was completely the opposite: it was a lovely, spacious, well-appointed flat at a great price for such a central location.
