“Cold and over-priced. I would like a 25 euro refund for the non-authorized charges made to my card.”
To be improved

2 overcharges have been made to my card totalling 25 euros. I paid cash for all drinks and food (egg and chips for 2 cost 30 euros!). I was told that payment for drinks earlier had not gone through on card. 20 euros excessive for a pet (other hotels have either charged 5 or 10 euros). Phoned hotel for directions to ensure arrival before 1600hrs and was told they had no record of our booking. Nonetheless we arrived at 1550 hrs and showed the email confirmation and were given a room with a non-working radiator. Temperature in room 5 degrees. When heater was finally fixed at 2200hrs entered room to find floor flooded.
