“Very comfortable stay in a stylish apartment in a good safe location”

The location was great, and the apartment was nicely decorated and well fitted out. Bed was very comfortable.

To be improved

Some of the lifts in the building were out of order, and the walkway areas from lift to apartment were in need of redecoration

“Solo Travel - A home away from home”

The best

Enrico was always very quick to reply back to message of any questions or queries! It felt a home away from home. Apartment was very clean, equipped, fab air con, pool was surprisingly heated and always very well kept every day by the mantinence. Location is ideal to walk everywhere in playa del ingles. Also spare bedding if needed but I just washed mine in the washing machine provided (another bonus). Also I had a late flight and was able to stay in my room past check out time with no problems! Thanks again Enrico! ☺️

To be improved

There was no maid service you had to keep on top of it yourself (which isn't really a big deal) but because I had a longer stay would have been a bit of help. The building doesn't look great from outside but can guarantee that the room and pool area is very well kept.

“Excellent well equipped studio with pool and sun beds”

The best

Very well equipped studio with view of the pool. As this is a residential building, there were always lots of sun beds available. Good location both for the centre of Playa and also to the residential area of San Fernando. Bus stop for buses to Las Palmas and the airport very nearby.

To be improved

The only entrance to the building is at the opposite end to where the apartment is situated.. Plus there is only one outer gate unlocked at night, some distance from the entrance, so quite a long trek to reach the apartment.
