The best

The agency dealing with the let was not helpful, really off putting as it was such a nice property. Really poor comms regarding key collection. We asked for early checkin if possible as we arrived 5 hrs before checkin. Were advised at midday the cleaners were in and we would hear asap about entry. Ended up getting a notification around 3pm that checkin would be indeed 5pm. 5pm came and went and no notification - had to chase and finally they came back around 5:10pm to advise where to collect keys which was a drive away! Sat in busy traffic, got keys, sat in busy traffic again to get to the apt, then no code to enter the property - was in unbelievable heat and just not great at all. Finally got hold of a cleaner who knew the code and let us in.
