Great location in the center of Barcelona near to everything specially brands shopping Very safe , smooth and easy access very kind and helpful host available 24/7. Smooth check out also . Air condition was perfect. Many split AC Definitely will be back

The location was great. There were lots of coffee pods, dishwasher pods and washing machine detergent. The host kept in touch.

To be improved

The shower didn’t drain very well. The microwave oven hadn’t been cleaned and the washing machine had a strong odour. We would have liked some extra towels.

The best

Property location was excellent and near the city centre and had a supermarket around the corner and had a great amount of utensils and large pots which is great when there is a few of you. Also very safe with the log in and separate doors to get in. Great lot of restaurants close and Alice secret Garden court yard was great. Loved every minute of our stay!!

The online check-in and electronic key system can be quite stressful and problematic for travelers who don’t have internet access or for older guests who may not be comfortable using online services. Instead of enjoying your trip, you end up worrying about whether the door keys will work or not.
