“Very nice but a bit overrated”

it is a charming place, nice woodwork, fast and reliable cable Internet

To be improved

In my opinion 8.5 would be a fair grade. Things like worn out teflon frying pans, missing shower head holder, wood stove in the bedroom not working I am sure since long time ago or low hot water pressure do not allow me to rate it as exceptional.
