El Palacete Gran Via

Everything was great! The apartment has a large private terrace. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, bath accessories, a hairdryer, towels, dishes, Wi-Fi, and more. We also received an ironing board and iron upon request. We were met by a lady who gave us the key and showed us the apartment, and we checked out in the same way. The owner was always in touch and very responsive. Great apartment and host — I can definitely recommend it!

Great location just a 10-minute walk to the central square, with shops nearby. The apartment is spacious, bright, and has a beautiful view from the window, plus a large terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for our family. The host was friendly and attentive, and the apartment had everything we needed. There’s also an elevator, which made carrying our luggage easy. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

José is a very attentive host, and the house is spectacular—a little palace worth visiting and enjoying. It has incredible natural light, the space is very spacious, and I absolutely fell in love with the terrace. I will definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed every moment in José’s apartment. It was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable. José is very kind and attentive, and he will do anything to make your stay pleasant. The apartment is very easy to find and is on the top floor, so it has excellent views. If you arrive by car, there is a public parking lot around the corner, costing 22 euros per day. There is always a space available there. You can find several other parking options nearby if you don’t mind walking a bit further—prices drop to 16 euros per day. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Valencia’s beautiful city center. We’ll be returning to Valencia sometime in the spring, and I will definitely book with José again if his apartment is available.

José’s house is beautiful and very spacious, even better than in the photos. The terrace was large, the bedrooms and beds were big and comfortable, as were the living room and dining area. Plenty of natural light. The building itself is very nice, and the elevator was in good working condition. It’s in the perfect location to explore Valencia!

The location is good, the ideal apartment for a family.
