The best

Quiet location but not too far away from the centre of Torrevieja. Had everything we needed for our stay.

To be improved

The pool was out of action for all but the last day, and we didn’t realise sunbeds weren’t provided.

The best

Good location. Near to connecting roads & local buses. Bars, shops & restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, plenty of linen & towels. Good sized terrace with furniture sunny in afternoons & evenings. Sleeps 4 in 2 goodsized bedrooms.

To be improved

2nd floor with no lift. 36 steep steps impossible for disabled & tiring except for fittest. Not clean despite charge. English NOT spoken locally by keyholder/cleaner, & no response to whatsapp messages. If you have problems must phone owner in Norway, who speaks English. No working smoke alarm though legal requirement. No hot tub as specified, big issue for many. Plenty of pots but not enough crockery. All tv channels Spanish only. Have Netflix but blocked. Need to manage hot water then just enough for 2. We were there 4 weeks. Insufficient cleaning products & toilet paper supplied. Toilet so noisy can't flush at night. Traffic noise on nearby road 24/7 takes away pleasure from using balcony. Electrics not good. Faulty connection lounge light makes it flash. Unusable. Socket bedroom 2 loose. 1st few days bulb in utility room blew tripping fuses. Had to phone Norway for location of fusebox. Day before leaving washing machine door jammed. On WhatsApp to Norway most of day. Host reluctant to call anyone out though apparently not first time. Managed to open with piece of string after found solution on Google. Online user manual & cleaner no help. Probably still needs fixing. Unable to replace bulbs as no steps & not prepared to climb on chairs at age 72.

Cozy courtyard. Large apartment with everything you need. Large terrace with a dining table. Not far from the sea. Shops within walking distance. Thank you for the welcome)))

The balcony was a good size, nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The photos for the property do it no justice, I'd recommend you have them redone.

To be improved

The pool was out of service for maintenance and there was no mention of this before we booked which was a shame.
