“Apartment review July '25.”

The best

Big open space, living room was very nice, fine furniture, couch, table and chairs, and a coat stand. Fine size balcony with table and chairs. The bedroom was sizeable, with a great ensuite. The pool was excellent and easy and safe access in and out of the building. It was a full kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and a very large double fridge freezer with plenty of space in the fridge. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots, and pans. Short walk to old town from complex and very easy access to the town of Estepona.

To be improved

There is a local dog park nearby overlooking the balcony. Some evenings at 9pm when people were bringing their dogs for a walk, it got very noisy from the barking. The street we were on, it's a main road leading out of the town and was a busy street during the day. However, as the apartment is well soundproofed, it wasn't a major problem, and it was not busy late nights or early mornings.

Location and quality of the apartment was fantastic. Really nice touch to have water and Prosecco in the fridge chilled.

To be improved

There was not enough toilet roll provided to last 8 days. There should have been provision to change towels mid way through the stay, when you are in the sun and showering daily it’s a big ask to last 8 days. We had an issue with shower drainage so I requested fresh towels but had to chase after 24 hours. Would have much preferred sun beds next to the pool area rather than lying on towels.

The light and space, the apartment is new construction so also luxurious and modern and especially the large balcony and the location!
