To be improved

Poor facilities, rundown kitchen, blocked windows with overgrown vegetation that prevent windows to be open, poor patio maintenance, poor communications, poor airflow- too much condensation, bed sheets were too humid and when asked for a new set, we were told this was not possible in rather terrible manners- in fact we were told to wash the sheets- total lack of understanding of the issue- house registered 85% humidity
