The beds were comfortable.

To be improved

The entry system was awful and we could not get the system to work. In the confusion trying to get in the night we arrived a bag containing my iPad was stolen. We had to get the agent to let us in remotely a few times. The shower had no power and the temperature was hard to regulate. I didn’t dare use conditioner as I couldn’t be sure of being able to rinse it out. There was a problem with the washing machine which we had to fix ourselves using photos and directions from the agent. We should not have been messing about with appliances while on holiday. The downstairs to remote didn’t work and there were lights not working but we didn’t report them as we thought we would need to fix them ourselves. We had no confidence in the agent.
