This is a beautiful house, very spacious and thoughtfully renovated. There is a lovely garden patio as well as a roof terrace, so plenty of options for outside space The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the central square and to a number of really good restaurants. There are plenty of things to do in this small town and the local people are very friendly and helpful. Our host Maria was exceptionally kind and helpful. She was full of suggestions and ideas for places to visit, restaurants to eat at etc. When my husband unfortunately fell ill during the second week Maria called the ambulance on two occasions and followed up with really helpful practical support including driving me to the hospital he’d been transferred to and sorting out a hotel in that town. We’ve been back in England a few weeks now and Maria still checks in on us every few days.

“Wonderful Spainish rental house in Écija”

The best

Possibly one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. Spacious, comfortable, a gorgeous private patio and a wonderful roof terrace. Maria is an amazing host, super friendly, kind and also very helpful. The location is exceptional, under 5 mins’ walk to main Square. Parking included too, a massive advantage! Écija is a beautiful city and everything is accessible on foot from the house. I love it.

“Absolute amazing place to be”

The best

What a beautiful place! This charming house is very spacious, absolutely lovely renovated and decorated. I really love these vintage details (upcycling at its best), which make this place cosy and special. Amazing patio with lemon tree, sitting areas and outside shower. Another highlight is the outstanding roof terrace, where you can sip a wine and watch the storks at the churchtower nearby. Location is perfect in the historic center of Ecija, everything can be easily reached by feet. We hope to come back one day...., thanks a lot, Maria!

“First class property in a very Spanish location.”

The best

Very conveniently located and just a few minutes walk away from the centre. With its own garage it meant that there was always space for the car after a day’s outing. The property was very spacious and the roof top terrace made for a great place to sit down in the sun before venturing into the town for an evening meal, with white storks nesting on the church across the small square. Even in February it was warm enough to spend a very pleasant and relaxing time.
