El Pinar - sea view villa with private pool in Moraira

Beds were the worst ever stayed in , no mattress covers metal squeaky uncomfortable beds noisy every time you moved. Like camp beds. Not clean, dated and requures upgrades everwhere,we left it cleaner than arrival. Dark dismal downstairs. Much trees and vegetation caused block of sun round pool .lots of biting flies and mosquito. Dirty broken tiles stained around villa and pool.outside patio furniture dirty. Noisy as camp site opposite. Strange smell in hall of tom cats, The so called sea view is just visible if you squint and obscured by trees from one bedroom and the end of the balcony. Not worth the money at all. No UK tv channels. Unreasonable damage deposit of 1000e they kept 50 back but no explanation as yet,

On arrival we spent half a day cleaning the property; the dishes needed to be done again, the outside furniture was dirty, the dishwasher smelt bad, the tanning bed cushions were moldy and unusable, and the beds were slightly above a camping bed. I contacted the property about this but am yet to recieve a reply. Also, this is technically 2 apartments on top of each other without an internal stairs to conenct them which isn't clear from the description, so 2 kitchens and 5 bedrooms split across 2 levels. In short: the house is old and tired and could use a do-over. Definitely not as nice as the photos imply. The rental agency could take greater care to present it in a decent manner.
