Perfect location. Quiet and dark bedroom that made sleeping very easy even though it was a busy neighbourhood. Entry and exit were simple and the size of the property is to be expected for inner city living… the same as a one bedroom apt in any other big city. Anyone complaining about the size has never lived in a proper big city!

To be improved

Everything was fine. There was some construction & maintenance outside but they didn’t start early.

“Perfectly located tiny appartment at ground floor for short and non-romantic stays in Madrid.”

The best

Very close to the center, to the main squares and opportunities of Madrid. The heater worked very well. It is appropriate for people who don't like to do stairs (it is located on the ground floor). The owner answered promptly to any question by messenger. Wi-Fi worked very well. The kitchen has many amenities. Bathroom was clean (except air vent).

To be improved

The bedroom is minuscule (only 80 cm left on one side). The sink tap in the bathroom is so low, that you can't fit your hands under the water flow to wash your hands. The air humidity device (de-humidifier) made a harsh noise - we had to turn it off during sleep. The bedroom is a bit moist (leaving the door open and turning the heater on in the hallway may help de-humidify). The TV seems to have a colour problem (it is dim and blue-coloured). No windows to the light / outside (only to the inner narrow space between facades).

Too small, specially the bedroom that made difficult to go in and out of bed for the second person. A shabby state for most of the property. You can’t tell if if is day or night. Dungeon like feeling.
