“Very good”
The best

A friendly host, showed everything, gave recommendations, easy to communicate with. The apartment is clean, recently renovated, with electric heating and all the necessary appliances for both short-term and long-term stays. You can walk to the city center, and it's also easy to walk to a large park on the slope of Mount Naranco.

To be improved

The apartment is on the ground floor at street level (but quiet). The floors were cold, It's worth bringing slippers with you.
