The best

We were greeted with bottle of water, bag of chips and gummy bears, which we find very cute and usefull, since we arrived in the middle of the night. The apartment is spacious in the peacefull part of the old town, good location, the view is great, right to the Santa Barbara Castle. You can find washing machine, big refrigerator with freezer, toster, nespresso cofee machine, microwave, excellent cooker and all the amenities you would ever need for preparing food. There is enough space for clothes. There is a cute, little restaurant on the ground floor, with decent priced dishes and beverages.

To be improved

During 9 nights of our stay we hadn't been offered clean sheets although we got clean towels. There weren't any cleaning products, nor mop and every time we wanted someone to clean the apartment, we had to pay an extra fee. There is no dish drainer in the kitchen. One day we found a huge cockroach (la cucaracha) although we were cleaning and tossing our garbage out twice a day. Colony of ants has been living here since the beginning of time. Prepare yourself for a big shopping of some essential stuff (cosmetics, toilet paper, washing powder, cleaning products). There are several supermarkets nearby, which is not light walking distance.

We had a baby in the stroller, and had to walk a good cluster of stairs/go on an incline to go to the beach/restaurants if we were on foot.
