“Basic hotel (fine except for paint smell)”
The best

Basic but sufficient rooms (small bathroom). Nice evening personnel (very kind man). Good food at the restaurant in the evening. Friendly people in town (walked around for a special procession). Would be a nice place, except for the strong paint smell.

To be improved

Smell way too strong in rooms and hall (new paint?). They need to air it out well. Cool water in the morning (not hot). A bathtub in one of the rooms had dust and old bugs (vent). The morning woman was not especially friendly.

Good location for walking Camino de Levante. Basic clean room

To be improved

Shower head needed cleaning or replacing. Shower head holder very loose. Staff could be a little more welcoming.

“Convenient on-the-road hotel”
The best

Convenient location in the middle of La Mancha region, ideal for the turistic routes around. El Toboso is also one of the places of Don Quijote. Owners friendly and funny.

To be improved

A typical on-the-road hotel for passing-by drivers and travalers. The structure and the rooms are old and out-dated. Since it's construction, I guess it has never been renovated. But it would need a good renewing and remodelling, expecially the bathrooms. The walls and doors are very thin, I could listen to the noise of other guests in their rooms, and loud talking early in the morning while leaving.
