“Lovely Rustic, well equipped and comfortable villa in a quiet location”

The best

Lovely rustic villa based on a big site in a very quiet location, pool is a decent size, well equipped kitchen although quite dated but fitted in with the age of the property, some quirky features. Staff were very responsive when we asked for the pool to be cleaned, and the mid stay sheet/towel change and light clean were a nice touch. Close to Pollença Town and short drive to Puerto Pollenca. Great location to base yourself if you are planning on doing cycling. Great views from the roof terrace and pool

To be improved

Main bedroom upstairs doesn’t have an AC unit, but there is an AC unit in the upstairs living room which cools both rooms - it was particularly hot when we stayed and we ended up buying a fan to circulate the cold air from the living room into the bedroom - not a massive issue but worth keeping in mind. There are a lot of Ants and despite us being very careful with cleaning and putting food away the Ants were in every room - the Ant traps had not been refilled and we don’t like using ant spray in the kitchens or bedrooms, we just ignored them, but might be an issue for other people.
