The rooms are spacious and bathed in light, every detail refined, and the cleanliness impeccable, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. 🚗 Amenities – Convenient private parking right next to the villa. – Smooth, contactless check-in — no fuss, no waiting. – The grounds are expansive and lush, with breathtaking sunsets you’ll want to enjoy every evening. 🌳 Relaxation & View Areas – Two exits lead to the outdoor area with sun loungers, a hammock, and tables — perfect for your morning coffee. – A third exit from the bathroom leads you directly to the covered sauna and pool, then on to a koi pond and a charming waterside nook — a serene spot for afternoon tea. – Upstairs on the rooftop, another set of loungers and a table offer stunning views. 🏊‍♂️ Pool and Sauna – The pool is simply dreamy: cool and refreshing in the morning, revitalizing by day, and spacious enough for leisurely swimming. – The sauna became our favorite evening ritual — always clean, fragrant, with a separate shower and toilet — a truly luxurious end to a busy day. 🍳 Kitchen and Bedroom – The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable living. – The bedroom was ideal for rest: we fell asleep to the gentle sound of the pond and woke to fresh, pure air. – The location is excellent — close to town, in a cool, shaded northern area, surrounded by green landscapes and a mild, refreshing climate. 🙏 Your Hospitality Klaus, a heartfelt thank you! From our first moments, your genuine care shone through: – You were always available to help with any small detail. – You arranged an amazing whale-watching yacht trip for just four people — truly exclusive compared to the usual ten. – Even with our limited English, your warm humor and patience meant so much.

Everything was perfect! Great place with a wonderful view! The host Klaus was very helpful. We had the possibility to check out later. Highly recommended

It was a great stay. El Refugio is a fantastic place to go. Everything was perfect, Klaus has been very attentive to our wellness and needs. The sauna is in a perfect state as well as the swiming pool. Everything was clean and the view on the Océan just incredible. I would definitely book again this place if i go back to Ténérife

Fantastic stay in Matanza de Acentejo with breathtaking views. Klaus was a fantastic host, recommending us excellent things to see and helping us see the island as locals. We really enjoyed our time at El Refugio and we will definitely recommend the place to our friends.
