Very quiet location. The quirkiness of the place, lots of knick-knacks. Very idiosyncratic. With lots of character.

To be improved

There was no hot water in the kitchen for washing up. The water company turned off the water, not the owners fault, but then the boiler stopped working and we didn't know how to re-start it. We had to contact them to know how to turn it back on. The kitchen sink leaked, they came and "fixed" it the same day but it continued afterwards at a much slow rate. The bathroom hand basin was slow to drain away. The bed was awful as it sagged in the middle. The gas hob didn't work properly they tried to fix it but couldn't but said they'd bring a new hob. Which we declined. There was no HVAC so when we walked into the place it was cold and slightly damp. Overall the place was generally cold.

“Nice appartment with private garden. A bit cold at night in January.”

Amazing garden! You don’t even want to leave the appartment during the day. We really enjoyed the bed near the pool, grill, sunbeds. Very private - you see only nature around. Good value for money.

To be improved

Pool was freezing cold :( Nearest beach was quite far away but it had nice sandy shore. House is poorly insulated so it was cold during the night in January. We also missed some kitchen equipment like bowls, larger mugs, pan was very small. No electric kettle.
