What a wonderful, original and authentic hotel. From the moment we walked in and was met with a smiling face, I knew we had chosen correctly. Our room was perfect, bed very comfortable and a good size ensuite with an amazing shower. Breakfast was plentiful, well laid out with both hot and cold options. The in-house restaurant comes highly recommended to, if you don't fancy leaving the hotel. This hotel is in position A for everything. It's a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral, Royal Alcazar and restaurants and bars alike. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Why a 5? Water pressure, comfy bed, elevator, good wifi, coffee maker, stylish decor, daily room CLEANING, breakfast available €14 but we got 20% off all food and bev including the breakfast - ample cold choices and made to order hot dishes included, big courtyard with tables, lovely plants and a fountain. The staff reserved the 'free walking tour' (The White Umbrella company, you pay what you want at the end - it was great!!) and our flamenco show (Los Gallos - €38 traditional, and about 4 minute walk from El Rey Moro). We were greeted every time we came in the door. This staff is TOP NOTCH. The hotel has a feel of being back in time with the decorated balconies and seating and little tables outside each room looking into the courtyard on every level and being totally up to date with contemporary comfort. The location is perfect for 'doing Seville'. Take a taxi from the train station. You have a little twist and turn to get here from where he drops you (it's actually by Los Gallos Flamenco) but that adds to the fun of arriving here. Upon checkout the folks at the desk call you a cab and the driver comes to the lobby to roll your bags and walk you to the car. You get a 'welcome drink' card to use anytime during your stay. I recommend the Cava - Spanish sparkling wine! I hope you can get a reservation here!

Excellent stylish hotel. Lovely, quirky design with great rooms, hot tub on the top floor, intimate restaurant area and above all amazing staff. Initial issue with the room and the staff immediately sorted this out and were very understanding in doing so. Also very helpful and informative with visitor tips and helpful advice. Seville is a brilliant place to go for a city break and there is so much choice of hotels etc. But I chose this hotel as it had real character and was very happy with my choice. We ate breakfast and evening meal, and both were also really good and very tasty. The hotel also offers free coffee and local pastry treats from 5-7pm every day. The hotel made our visit to Seville perfect in every way and I really recommend it!

Having travelled a bit througout Europe and most recently in Spain (Malaga and Barcelona), this was by far the best hotel experience ever!! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out everything was perfect. The room was spectacular and we were welcomed with heart shaped balloons and an "I love you" ballon sculpture as well. The linens and towels were top of the line as were the amenities. The housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate and even restocked the coffee pods to the type we requested. Fresh water in the room, a jacuzzi and large screen TV with strong internet were nice additions. And... The food was spectacular in the restaurant, including the complimentary breakfast. The gentlemen at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Cab requests and restaurant recommendations were handled very professionally and they even came to our room to show us how to adjust the heat. Everyone in the hotel always had a smile which usually indicates a happy saff being treated well. Compliments to the management.

We actually selected this hotel option due to high ratings from travelers and usually is a guarantee... and It was!!!. This hotel is AMAZING in all aspects. Room is very-very nice and spaceous. Service is the best. Aziz on the reception goes the extra mile for you. Breakfast is also 100% rated... lots of cold and hot options to choose from. And last... not less: locatiion! OMG walking distance to all major attractions from 5 to 15 min walk and your reach ALL.. virtually ALL because you are in the heart of the Casco Antiguo. Thanks to this lovely boutique hotel that allowed us to enjoy SEVILLE at his BEST! 😍
