To be improved

I made a reservation and the payment, which were both accepted. This was early afternoon. Informed the property about our arrival. When we arrived, nobody was there. NO answer on the phone... NO answer on message... NO answer on email... After waiting about an hour we contacted Booking Help Desk and they informed us that the property overbooked us! Okay, this can happen, but at least answer phone or email! There are no excuses for this behaviour if you only have one house! I have to wait for my money now! Even 1 star is too much!

“Home Away from Home”
The best

These accommodations were on the second floor of a house. The proprietress lives below, and a kinder, more caring person you could not meet. To give an example, a couple hours after having given us the keys and shown us upstairs, she texted to say, "I am worried because I realize I did not take the towels out of the closet." We had found them, but wasn't it sweet of her to show such concern? She stocked the fridge with water, juice and milk, home-made preserves and bread, and she left plenty of slices of home made cake In a cake safe for our breakfast. We were hungry when we got there and snacked on what she had provided, and still had plenty for breakfast the next morning. The house was clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Our hostess, as I have already stated, could not have been nicer or more delightful. All in all, it was a great stay and I recommend it!

The best

Beautiful and tasteful decor, lots of space, washing machine, very generous food provided by host who was warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

To be improved

A 15 minute walk off the Camino path but well worth it.
