It was in a great location in a medieval city.

To be improved

It’s a medieval city and we had a small campervan so all that follows are recommendations to set expectations for others like us……. Lack of water pressure and/or hot water. Jacuzzi bath only good with water in. No coffee/tea provided. No kettle. Boil in a pan. You cannot park anywhere close to it if you have a car above 2m high. The walk from the coach park is long with many many stone steps up steep slopes. The information provided before hand to set expectations of all this was minimal and ultimately unhelpful. The arrangements to get access to the property were vague with too many assumptions. Once again these are all gripes in the context that greatly reduced the pleasure of the experience below are modest simple expectations of renting such a place.

Good location wi try him easy walking distance to the centre of the old town and the shops in the new town. Spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great balcony and the view is good.

To be improved

Basic kitchen facilities. No cork screw. Living room had an antique sofa which was not comfortable or practical for sitting on to relax.

“We spent 4 days in Cuenca over the new year and loved every minute”
The best

Beautiful building, just loved the stairs sumptuous handrail and the exposed timber post and beam structure and ceiling joists; our room was spacious comfortable and a welcoming warmth ( night time here is very cold) ; lovely view; very close to the no.1 bus to the train station; good location to access the old town, the new town and the beautiful mountain walks.
