“Nice stay but some noise issues”

The property is in the Las Dunas development which is two ranks of apartments around a pool. This apartment is on one of the back ranks, so overlooking a small garden area. The development is a short walk from the town centre/beach, so a good location. The communication with the hosts was great with lots of information and they arranged an earlier check-in which was much appreciated. The apartment is quite spacious with a small terrace. It is clean and has all you need although there didn't seem to be a kettle or coffee maker as advertised. Good shower with lots of hot water. There was a key to the back gate to the development which saved walking all the way round to the front to get in but I only found this from trial and error. Would be helpful if it was marked. Be aware, the the bedroom of the apartment is close to the road that runs along the back of the development and does suffer with early morning noise from the hotel delivery bay opposite. Sometimes, this was as early as 6:00am with lorries manoeuvering and pallets being unloaded. Unfortunately, my stay also suffered with very noisy people in the next-door apartment. Most of those staying in the Las Dunas development seemed to be middle aged or older and very chilled but those staying next door to me were much younger and very noisy - younger girls earlier in the week and then a twenty-something couple later in the week. I know the hosts cannot dictate who rents the next door apartment, but if it is being offered and rented to a younger clientele, then that could impact your stay here, so be aware.

To be improved

No kettle or coffee maker. Early morning noise from the hotel delivery bay opposite the bedroom window. Noisy neighbours in apartment next door.
