“Nice facility - but food situation (and lack of advice re this) was very disappointing”

No food - arrived at 430 and was told there was no food meals in the entire town(even though restaurant sign said open to 6pm) Not even coffee or tea facilities Host was there to provide room key but was gone within 10 minutes

Arrived around 2pm and were told the restaurant was booked out and they couldn't feed us. Then they said the restaurant would be closed for the evening and next day. So no lunch, no dinner and no breakfast. It would have been nice to know this in advance so we could have brought some food with us. If you are going to accept bookings on Sunday you should provide food.

As there are no cafes open in the morning in the village, I wish the property at least offered a coffee machine in the rooms in order to not have to drive to a nearby larger village.
