“A very good 3 night stay, El Sequer was fantastic !”
The best

Fabulous old Finca full of wonderful old pictures, books, antiques, history of the place , lovely pool & gardens. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Thelia, Rosa & everyone we came across, it was just like staying in a family home. The place was spotless with real attention to detail in every respect.

The best

Beautiful oasis - clean and comfortable with amazing gardens, pool area and public spaces. Access to a shared kitchen and facilities is a really good touch and enhances the feeling that you’re in a private country house.

To be improved

Nothing. Don’t be put off by the approach to the property through the brickworks - the chimneys are designed to lean!

The best

Very nice property with loads of history. Very peaceful, lots of birdsong (including owls at night). Lovely gardens, nice little pool. Excellent breakfast. Pablo and Celia are superb hosts

To be improved

Slightly odd location on the fringe of town. A car is required to get the most out of it

The best

Quiet old farmhouse with a central courtyard and surrounded by Orange Groves. Very calm peaceful and relaxing. Nice pool and surrounding gardens. Is is further out of town ( a short walk), but that is what makes it more peaceful. Fantastic staff. Very welcoming, kind and helpful. We arrived very late on a Tuesday evening/early on a Wednesday morning due to our train being delayed by the prevous days power issues and still recived a warm welcome for the housekeeper who had stayed up to wiat for us. Also recieved a nice message from the owner. More like staying as a guest at someones home rather than staying at a hotel. Would definately stay again and recommend to others - didnt want to leave.

To be improved

Only 2 very minor things :- 1 - Would have liked a more up to date TV in the room. With options to connect to Netflix etc. 2 - Shutters/Windows rattled a bit and kept us awake for a short while on one slightly windy evening.
