The staff were very nice and polite. I needed an iron and they brought one.

The room smelled like mold and I have heavy allergies. 6 days later I am still coughing:(

“A well-located & clean place with a nice kitchen”

The best

A very clean and well located place with some cute touches. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to be able to prepare some quick food after a long time of eating out (as I have been traveling for a while). The wifi, while the signal was not at max, it worked well. The room & bathroom had a decent size.

To be improved

The much talked about patio was closed all the time (thus not accessible); my room AC didn't work properly and one night it got pretty cold. No hairdryer in the room. I asked for a full bed and instead got a room with two twin beds, which I really don't like so much:-( But I managed :-)

“Enjoyable stay!”

The location is perfect, close to the University of Alcala. The staff was super helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet in the evening, offering good value for money!
