“Bed is comfortable, maintenance and man in reception are very helpful! · Cons: From the minute we got there we were looking for the keys for about 2 hours before the property messaged me before 3 o’clock ( check in) to enter. We entered and the place was destroyed from the previous people staying there, dead cockroaches & rooms filthy . When I told them we were in the appartment they told us we had to leave as the cleaner had to get the room ready for us. This was at 3 o’clock when the room is meant to be ready. The room itself has nothing welcoming, no shampoo or body wash, no microwave, no aircon only a fan that does nothing. Hairdryer doesn’t work, only one lamp in room works. Not even the remote from the tv works!! We had to go out and buy everything. The apartment isn’t maintained at all, all the doors won’t close properly, the handle to the front door is hanging off, the window in the room opens itself. So badly organized, we asked them for a key to enter the pool and they kept saying it will arrive later in the day, they told us the keys were ready in the box and even sent a picture of where it was, when we got it , it was just a regular key , didn’t open the pool or our room. They messaged me at 2 in the morning to put them back as they were different keys for another apartment!! How do they mess this up!! we never got them in the end we just waited for someone to let us in. Tragic bad smell that comes in every now and then from the bathroom that stinks up the whole apartment. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as cheap as it is it’s not worth it. these people have no care for your stay, they never pick up the phone when you genuinely need them to enter your acommodation, they state that they are there to help 24hrs, so badly run. I have never left a bad review for a place but we were so unhappy for the 7 days we were there. I almost wanted to book somewhere else, but you can’t get your money back once you’re there. They don’t care once you’ve payed them.”

Upon our arrival, we were met with a strong and unpleasant odor, reminiscent of sewage, which made it difficult to breathe indoors. We had to inspect the entire apartment ourselves to determine the source of the smell. The apartment lacked basic supplies. Despite the host knowing that three guests were staying, there were not enough cutlery sets, towels, or bedding provided. We had to contact the owner late at night to request additional bedding and towels. Essential kitchen items such as salt, sugar, pepper, and cooking oil were not available—we had to purchase these ourselves and ended up leaving them behind for the next guests. There were no cleaning products available, not even a basic surface cleaner, and we had to buy those as well. Furthermore, there were no complimentary toiletries provided—not even a small bar of soap or shampoo, which would be a simple gesture of hospitality. The apartment lacked air conditioning and only had a fan, which unfortunately did not work. The same applied to the hairdryer. The towels that were provided had a stale odor and did not seem clean, so we purchased detergent from a local store (Mercadona) and washed them ourselves. The only positive note is that the washing machine functioned well. Noise was a significant issue, especially at night. The apartment is located near a roundabout with frequent honking and loud activity throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep. Additionally, we were unable to access the pool for the first five days due to poor communication. When we received the apartment key, it did not include access to the pool area. After several attempts to resolve the issue through the reception and back-and-forth communication with the owner—who does not speak English—we were finally given a different key code on the fifth day to retrieve the access tag from another apartment the owner manages. For the price we paid (£380 for the week), this experience was disappointing and stressful. THE PHOTOS ARE OLD

The sofa bed was very hard and traffic was very loud on the balcony and inside apartment patio doors didn't lock .no toaster or microwave which made cooking very poor facilities. Mould on shower curtain.

We got locked out on the first day for 3 hours then the door handle snapped off the next day. No aircon either and the sofa bed in the living room is probably the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in
