Exceptionally clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated and a little quirky. Friendly staff. Coffee and filtered water available downstairs 24hrs.

To be improved

Room and bathroom very small but we didn’t mind as it was a lovely property.

“Really liked the bottled water and coffee downstairs. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot. The staff was really helpful, and the location was great for walking to the lake and around d town.. · Cons: The room was small, just barely bigger than the beds. There was a bad oder from the bathroom, it was clean it just smelled bad. We were on the third floor with very steep stairs. They weren't a problem for us, but could be for other customers.”

The accomadation was very clean and parking was easy.

To be improved

The balcony room was far too small for €100/night. The photos provided made the room appear bigger. Breakfast was not included in this price. We thought El Rocio would have a novelty factor with the unpaved streets but this quickly wore off. We ended up spending most of our time at the beach at Matalascañas which has a good choice of restaurants.
