The parking system wasn’t good — we still had to park the car far away. When leaving, we had to persuade the security guard for quite a while just to be able to load our suitcases and things into the car. If it’s a proper building, there really should be parking available

It was dirty and dangerous with the upper level railing being broken

The place looks a bit neglected. There are cob webs hanging from the ceiling. It's not a problem, but it makes the overall impression less positive The mail with the instructions is in English, but the important parts like where the keys can be found is in Spanish. Fortunately I can understand but other people might get lost, as the entrance guard does not speak English. 'Free parking' means you have to find a place somewhere on the streets outside the compound. The compound has no parking lot

The cleaning company needs to pay more attention to detail & they also neglected to set out the correct bedding for the sofa bed. The air conditioning was not on when we arrived & the apartment was extremely hot (Though we did get it working the following morning & it cooled the apartment very well). The balcony patio was not in good condition with faded & torn cushion covers & boxes strewn all over one end. Again, the cleaners were not thorough in their work but the manager took things very seriously & was quick to reply to written messages & phone calls. I would definitely stay here again.

All appliances are new and high tech except the coffee machine was a bit complicated for me, it was the most needed when arriving.
