The staff were amazing at all times, fully dedicated to make us feel confortable. The location was perfect within a relaxing atmosphere inside and outside of the hotel. The head of reception Neus Vera was outstanding with her joy and enthusiasm promoting a fantastic experience

The breathtaking views and hotel stole our hearts El Vicenç de la Mar was the highlight of our Mallorca trip. We were warmly welcomed, and every detail of the hotel—from the stunning facilities to the impeccable food and service was flawless. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. We only wish we stayed longer and would absolutely return!

The view from the roof of the beach was lovely . Indoor pool area was fab . All common areas were spotless . The staff were all amazing !

To be improved

Hotel room cleaning wasn’t great , happened really late every day . I don’t think the balcony area was cleaned once while we were there . Our room had so many ants in it ! Our bathroom door had a faulty lock I actually got stuck and a maintenance man had to come help open and fix the door . Definitely not a 5* vibe
