“A perfect mountain retreat!”
The best

The hosts are amazing and could not have done more to make our holiday an absolute joy. The location is in a small village in the mountains; so peaceful and the views are to die for. Our room was luxuriously spacious, clean, very comfortable and I loved the toiletry extras that were provided. There were plenty of towels and pool towels for us to use. There was an honesty bar that served a wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks. A Continental Breakfast is provided which is very good and there is also the option of having a delicious evening meal cooked for you by the hosts on request. The pool is fabulous! We very much felt that we were staying in our own private villa. You definitely will need to hire a car and although at first the mountain roads were a little 'hairy', you totally get used to them after a day ... driving in Spain on their roads is heaven compared to our roads in the UK! Granada is about 25 minutes drive away and worth a visit. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this beautiful gem of a B & B.

To be improved

It's not really a complaint as such but there are a lot of wasps ... no surprise really as there are hundreds of citrus trees all around the region and if you ignore them, they leave you alone.

“Relaxed stay in an upscale boutique resort for a maximum of only six guests”
The best

When we were their guest the staff of El Violin Experienca has made our holiday, despite of the heavy rainfall in that week. We felt super welcome, they pay attention to details, serve lovely breakfasts and diner. It's a high end resort for just a happy few! It's situated in a green rural area, but Granada is less then one car-hour away. We love to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous place with charming hosts. The house and rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated and Christel's cooking is delicious! We would have loved to stay longer!
