“Perfect holiday house. Away from the busy strip of La Mamga but close enough to walk there in ten minutes”
Fantastic place to stay and a great location
Nothing bad to say
“Overall and great stay and host/housekeeper super to deal with and so helpful.”
Setting was fabulous Plenty of outdoor area
Some repairs to door handles are needed
“Wonderful sunsets and gardens.”
The house and especially the gardens lived up to expectations. The gardens have a number of great areas to socialise with plenty of seating and sunloungers. The pool is smallish but more than adequate for quick cool off dip. The garden has private gate to beach though water gets a bit muddy when you get in but is calm and shallow for a long way out. The sunsets are just amazing from the seating area. The garden gets sun all day and is well planned. The bbq area and outside utility is a nice touch with extra fridge and oven areas for cold drinks and store and start off bbq food. The house itself is quirky. Some furniture is a bit dated and flooring in main room is a bit gappy but overall very functional. Rooms are all on-suite which is good. Place was very clean when we got in. Rooms are good size two twins and two doubles bed are comfy enough. . Plenty of restaurants close by Viverro 55 less than 5mins down the beach is great. Levante beach nearby is also nice on med side.
I was bit worried when I seen the Google reviews. The pool is smallish but more than adequate for quick cool off dip. The garden has private gate to beach though water gets a bit muddy when you get in but is calm and shallow for a long way out. Some furniture is a bit dated and flooring in main room is a bit gappy but overall very functional. House was not ready at time I had asked for and had to come back. Air con varies a lot between rooms ...some working better than others but in general more than adequate. Kitchen is small ...just big enough for two. Had to give a cash deposit which I am not comfortable with though I the end had no issues getting g it back despite some worrying reviews from others.
“very nice summer house next to the sea”
We were there 2 families, 9 persons. Great house, confortable, 4 meters (!) next to the beautiful Mar Menor. swimming pool, palm trees, terraces. Close to nice Cabo de Palos, and also Cartagena, Mazaron gulf (la Manga being more urbanized). We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay and fully recommend this house.
