The best

Location was fantastic. The apt was compact but very well laid out and felt very spacious. A lot of care has gone into it's decoration and thoughtful use of space. Great facilities. Very responsive host.

To be improved

Parking is a big problem in this town and made more difficult with the tricky street lay out. A map of suggested routes and spots would be helpful from the host.

“Unwilling landlord to any type of customer care”

Questions asked via booking.com were answered after more than 35 hours! Some of the answers were unclear and came too late. So our first day was spoiled. We we're not given the key to the WiFi. Despite asking via booking.com we got no answer at all. So we could not use WiFi although part of the arrangement which requires a refund. Landlord demonstrated complete unwillingness to any type of customer care.
