“Scam Run away worst trip with my family in my life !”

This is scam ! Run away! We had the worst experience of our life and no help was provided ! On our first of day, we were robbed. The rental company have inside men and they use the spare key to enter the apartment while we were not there. The rental company is not responsive you have to call them 30 times to get a first answer. They pretended that this issue never happened before while neighbor from the building confirmed this is happening every year ! This is without saying that everything was dirty for bed mattress to sofa with yellow and brown stains. A lot of hairs in the bedrooms bathroom. We spent hours to clean the appartement after the trauma on the first day. It is a shame that booking is listing this apartment.

the building is quite old, no lift, the shower sink is blocked, bathroom in general requires maintenance.
