“We enjoyed our stay”

The pool was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the noise at night was minimal as opposed to some other places.

To be improved

The pool facilities were closed for a week which was unhelpful. So not able to access food and drink. The gentleman running the bar was on holiday. Couldn’t someone else have stepped in ?

The property could do with a real makeover very dated very old bedding towels etc but in saying that in was clean and spacious

Werry clean and cozy apartment! Balcony to the inner yard so no noise during night. Location Playa de las Americas is best, sense its right in the middle of Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. So we had a same short walk to "party streets" on one side and allso to more family oriented easy going Los Christianos on other side. And the bus station to Santa Cruz and and to other places is basically next to house. And the private pool for house with bar was warm and good. Luigi is werry helpful and gave spot on local information about transfers and so on.

A little dated. Would love a change of bed linen during 8 nights. No English channels on TV for news. Otherwise, it was perfect. Would return.
