The location is superb. 15-20 minutes into Denia and 7-9 minutes to the beach. We stayed for over a month. The folding chairs and beach towels are appreciated. The corner sofa on the roof was exceptionally comfortable and the roof was in the sun all day. It was quiet as out of season and suited us well. There is road noise as the property is near a corner but it’s not bad. Useful to be able to walk to Aldi and numerous restaurants.

To be improved

The rooftop was windy in the afternoon and evening which wasn’t pleasant and you couldn’t leave anything up there. It was a pain to take food up so we missed being able to eat outdoors. The set up is a bit strange too - largest bedroom has two separate beds, the smallest bedroom has the double bed (but you struggle to open the door) and the other room also has twin beds but I’m sure for a two week break it makes little odds. Be aware the ‘organic products’ left are not food. We had a chaotic check in and ended up walking to a shop for milk at 11pm. NRAS are however very helpful and any issue dealt with quickly.

really well equipped and lovely decor. loved the welcome bags and the beach towels. the rooftop terrace had a great BBQ and sofa so we were able to relax up there
