“I do not recommend this appartment for winter stay.”

1) We had to pay extra 35euro in cash for checking in after 19:00 to a girl who didn't even bother to make sure that the appartment was warm and the air condition was working. And this brings us to the next point. 2) This appartment is a terrible choice to stay during winter. There are huge windows and very cold concrete floors - forget about ever taking off your shoes. At a first glance the appartment has an advanced aircon system, however it does not function. It was around 11 degrees Celciuc inside the appartment when we arrived and the temperature hardly increased by 1 degree during the next 24 hours. Me, my wife and our 3 kids had to sleep fully dressed in warm clother and under 2 blankets. All my attempts to communicate with the owners about the extreme cold inside the appartment didn't reach the point. They were trying to assure me that everything was in order with the aircon and we just need to wait. I asked them either to provide us with another warm appartment or return the money - there was no reaction from the owner's side. Looks like they even sent a technician to check the aircon, however nothing changed. We had to keep ourselves warm by the kitchen stove and an ordinary hair fan. I asked owners to provide us either with a portable heater or a fan, but they never even tried to improve our living conditions. 3) Be carefull when using toaster - it brings down the electrical breakers. Without a doubt it was my worst renting experience ever. I regret choosing this appartment, it was a waste of almost 800$ for 3 extremely cold nights.
