Air conditioning didn’t work in room 103. But we were fine with a fan.

The property forgot to send me an access code, meaning I slept in my car outside after turning up post the Europa league final. After contacting the hotel, they said “oh wow, sorry we will refund you”. Which they haven’t refunded me to date and have also stopped replying to my messages.. very poor service.

The bed was too hard for what I like. For other people probably fine.

Clearness about check in procedure and payment. Sink of the sink in the bathroom was blocked. Water would not run. Not handy and unhygienic. Rooms had no windows. Not clear in the desciption of the accomodations description.

The room is a bit too simple for our taste if we would have stayed longer than a night, but have to add we booked the cheapest double room, so other rooms may have more facilities.
